The last light of the day settles over Chania harbour, silhouetting the distinctive Venetian lighthouse against a band of fading warmth. Deep Mediterranean blues fill the sea and sky, while a broken trail of reflected light leads across the water towards the horizon. A quiet study of stillness, colour and the moment when evening gives way to night.
