If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in line with UK consumer law.

Returns

• You may return an original artwork within 14 days of delivery

• The artwork must be returned in its original condition

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

 

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued once the artwork is safely received

• Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable

 

Non-returnable items

• Commissioned or bespoke artworks are non-refundable unless faulty

 

Damaged returns

If artwork is damaged during return shipping, a refund may not be possible.
